Orders

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days. Please note that some products on our store are pre-order items, meaning they are made or arriving after the order is placed. Pre-order items will have their own estimated shipping timeframe listed on the product page, and these timeframes may vary depending on the item. If your order includes a pre-order product, your shipment may be delayed until that item is ready. Please make sure to check the product description before purchasing.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we currently ship both within New Zealand and internationally. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible through our support email or social media channels.

Pre-Orders

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but are available to reserve before release. Estimated delivery timeframes will be listed on the product page.

Can I order in-stock items with a pre-order item?

Yes, but your full order may be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives. If you’d like separate shipping, we recommend placing separate orders.

How do your kits fit?

Our kits are designed with a modern football fit. We recommend staying true to size. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

Are your jerseys authentic?

Our jerseys are official Eden United products designed for supporters, players, and the community that backs the club.

Will sold out items restock?

Some products may restock depending on demand, while others are limited releases. Follow our socials or sign up to the newsletter to stay updated on future drops.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of some of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general wear. Please carefully review sizing guides and product details before purchasing.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
